THIS LAKE IS CRAZY!! Stumps everywhere! So many boating hazards everywhere to try and avoid, but after getting used to the boat lanes things got a bit less stressful! This lake holds the current Texas state record bass and many of the top Largemouth bass produced out of Texas itself.

We took the trip from Dallas and met up with our buddy Jared from Austin for a weekend vacation staying at the Lake Fork marina and motel and purchased a boat slip for easy launch the following morning as well. An amazing trip that led to a NEW PB on our second day that will be showcased in our part 2 of the Fork weekend getaway!
